We are looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for AdviniaCare Newport. As the Administrator, you will play a vital role in overseeing all clinical and administrative functions, programs, and activities within our facility. About the
Role:
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resident care through the development and management of facility personnel, fiscal resources, quality resident care, and a safe, hazard-free environment for residents and staff. You will coordinate, direct, manage, and administer policy in accordance with our mission statement, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Oversee key areas such as financial operations, human resources, and clinical operations Provide leadership and direction for overall facility operations to provide quality patient care in accordance with all laws and regulations Develop and manage team goals within the facility Provide clear direction to staff through effective interpersonal communication skills Provide positive reinforcement or corrective action as needed in a timely fashion Ensure the facility adheres to state and federal guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in the healthcare industry with three years of experience as a nursing home Administrator preferred. 3+ years related experience Proven leadership and management skills, strong communication skills Current registration as a Nursing Home Administrator, must maintain active license in good standing throughout employment How to
