Job Description
HomeCare Administrator We are seeking a qualified HomeCare Administrator to lead the daily operations of our home health agency. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative functions, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day agency operations, including clinical and administrative functions Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and services Lead, support, and develop office and clinical leadership teams Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of staff Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies Monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements to meet goals Develop and manage agency budget and resources effectively Maintain strong relationships with staff, leadership, referral sources, and the community Lead quality improvement initiatives (QAPI) and ensure accurate reporting Serve as the agency representative in the community Oversee emergency preparedness planning and response Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse or Physician At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or a related healthcare setting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Ability to manage teams and drive performance Additional Requirements Current professional license (if applicable) Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening What We're Looking For A strong leader who can motivate and develop teams Someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment A professional committed to quality care and operational excellence NHC HomeCare Columbia offers a competitive compensation package for full time employment including health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, paid time off, 401 (k) with generous company match, stock options, and more.
