This is an exciting opportunity to work under strong, experienced leadership with the support of Steve Meyer, Vice President of Operations, and Tiffany Curtis, Vice President of Nursing . Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements Lead and develop department heads and facility teams Promote quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement Maintain survey readiness and operational excellence Partner with nursing and leadership teams to achieve facility goals

Qualifications:
