censed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team and lead our facility with a focus on quality care, operational excellence, and resident-centered service. This is an exciting opportunity to work under strong, experienced leadership with the support of Steve Meyer, Vice President of Operations, and Tiffany Curtis, Vice President of Nursing . Our organization provides a stable foundation, clinical support, and the resources needed for successful facility leadership. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements Lead and develop department heads and facility teams Promote quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement Maintain survey readiness and operational excellence Partner with nursing and leadership teams to achieve facility goals
Qualifications:
