Lauderdale Community Living Center | Ripley, TN About Us Lauderdale Community Living Center is a small, rural nursing home dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility and create an environment where residents feel valued, supported, and at home. If you are a hands-on leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving resident outcomes, and making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you! As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator , you will oversee the daily operations of the facility while ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff success.
Key Responsibilities Lead & Manage:
Provide strong leadership and direction across all areas of facility operations.
Resident Care:
Promote high standards of care, resident satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain readiness for surveys.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the facility budget while monitoring expenses and financial performance.
Team Development:
Recruit, train, coach, and retain a strong, engaged team.
Quality Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance facility performance.
Resident & Family Relations:
Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
Community Engagement:
Represent the facility professionally and develop strong community partnerships.
Emergency Preparedness:
Ensure appropriate emergency plans and procedures are in place to protect residents and staff.
Requirements:
Active Nursing Home Administrator License required. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field preferred. Previous healthcare management or nursing home leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance requirements.
