What You'll Do Provide strong leadership and direction across daily facility operations Lead and develop an engaged, high-performing management team Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and survey requirements Drive census growth, occupancy, and overall facility performance Monitor financial performance, labor, and operating expenses Partner closely with nursing, clinical, and department leaders Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community Promote a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions Ensure the facility consistently meets Luxor Healthcare Group standards What We're Looking For Current Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) Previous nursing home or skilled nursing leadership experience Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills Results-driven leader with a hands-on management style Commitment to quality care and an outstanding resident experience Why Join Luxor Healthcare Group?
