We provide a unique Residential Assisted Living and Memory Care option to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are currently seeking an Executive Director who will be responsible from a hands-on approach of the overall management and success of our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Frisco, TX. Primary Responsibilities of the Executive Director position include: Development and supervision of the community's staffing including the recruiting, staffing, and training the team according to the MCE standards. This will include Team Member recognition, performance evaluations and ongoing coaching and counseling in order to maintain the team member accountability. Ensuring resident care standards are met by conducting resident care conferences and ensuring the completion and organization of all resident paperwork including service plans according to state and community guidelines and managing the resident programming on the community. Managing the financial success of the community by partnering and overseeing the sales and marketing efforts to achieve budgeted occupancy goals. Also, controlling expenses in order to operate and achieve monthly budget for the community.
Qualifications:
One year experience in long term care, assisted living, the hospital industry, or other human service field Supervisory and management experience Ability to handle multiple priorities Able to direct the work of others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good organizational and time management skills Experience with Seniors Able to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest
