Job Summary This is a live in position and the compensation is a free bed and utilities. Room to grow with us into more of a paid role. Also, a bonus stipend for filling beds is included. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women's Sober Living Home Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a supportive residence dedicated to women recovering from substance use and mental health challenges. Your leadership will ensure residents receive comprehensive support, guidance, and resources necessary for sustained recovery and successful reintegration into the community. Supervise daily operations of the sober living home, ensuring a secure, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. Manage intake processes for new residents, including assessments, documentation, and orientation to house rules and expectations. Implement behavioral health and behavior management strategies to promote positive resident interactions and conflict resolution. Ensure resident confidentiality is maintained at all times while documenting case notes, incident reports, and progress updates accurately using Sobriety Hub. Lead de-escalation techniques during conflicts or crises involving high-risk populations or individuals experiencing homelessness or mental health conditions. Requirements Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, or from underserved communities. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, conflict management strategies, and de-escalation methods. Ability to handle sensitive information with resident confidentiality at the forefront. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and strong interpersonal abilities to foster trust within the community.
