We are currently hiring for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the Houston, TX area to lead an interdisciplinary team, support our staff, and effectively market our services to the community.

Duties:

As a LNHA you will operate an individual facility Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center Oversee all departments of the facility and provide support in all areas Manages all financials and reports and implements corrective action as required Partners closely with Director of Nursing to ensure a successful clinical department Oversees recruiting and retention to ensure facility is fully staffed and residents can have quality care Focuses on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents

Qualifications:

Must have a NHA License Experience as a licensed nursing home administrator in a skilled nursing/post acute setting required Strong communication and interpersonal skills required Passionate enthusiasm for leadership and team building Additional information Competitive pay and great team environment.
