Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assisted Living Manager to lead our senior care community with enthusiasm and dedication. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care, and foster a warm, supportive environment for residents and staff alike. Your leadership will drive quality care standards, manage staff supervision, and coordinate services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being for our residents. Duties Lead the overall management of the assisted living community, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Supervise staff members across various roles such as caregiving, nursing, social work, and administrative personnel to promote a cohesive team environment. Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and adherence to healthcare standards. Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to support residents' health and social needs. Manage operational aspects including budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation to maintain a sustainable community. Conduct regular assessments of resident satisfaction and quality of life initiatives to continuously improve service delivery. Ensure proper documentation of care plans, incident reports, medication logs, and regulatory compliance records. Skills Extensive experience in assisted living or nursing home environments with a focus on senior care. Proven supervisory and management skills within long-term care or group home settings. Ability to develop comprehensive care plans that address individual needs while promoting independence. Excellent operational management skills including budgeting, financial acumen, and resource planning. Skilled in medication administration protocols adhering to healthcare regulations. Compassionate leadership with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive community atmosphere. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
