We're seeking a purpose-driven Executive Director to lead our team in San Antonio, TX. The Waterford on Huebner is a Independent Living Community serving approximately 120 residents. As Executive Director, you'll own the overall success of the community — from resident experience and team leadership to financial performance and regulatory compliance. Job Responsibilities & Qualifications Leadership & Operations Lead all aspects of community operations, ensuring quality, service, occupancy, and financial goals are met Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing community leadership team Ensure full regulatory compliance and adherence to company standards across all departments Set the tone for a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellence Resident Experience Oversee resident services, care coordination, and overall resident satisfaction Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers Proactively address concerns and ensure timely, effective resolution Champion a community-wide culture of hospitality and service excellence Sales & Community Growth Partner with the Sales Director to drive occupancy and revenue goals Lead community outreach, marketing initiatives, and local relationship-building Build and protect the community's reputation within the local market Financial & Business Performance Own budget development, expense management, and overall financial performance Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies Maximize efficient, effective use of community resources Qualifications Required 3-5+ years of Executive Director or senior leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality State-required Administrator license/certification (where applicable), or ability to obtain Proven track record of achieving occupancy, financial, and quality outcomes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field Multi-department operational leadership experience Experience managing P&L for a senior living community Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match opportunities Paid time off and Holiday Pay Company-funded HRA and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Free 24/7 telemedicine services Company-paid life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Team Member and Resident referral programs Company support for continued education and learning opportunities Cutting-edge technology that supports your work and enhances resident care: SafelyYou — AI video technology that detects and helps prevent falls Advanced EHR Technologies — automated care assessments that eliminate busy work so you can focus on care Sage — improves call light response time and the quality of service and care Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
