EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
to lead our team of residents and staff. A career with a purpose starts here! As the Executive Director you will direct the overall operation of the community in accordance with resident and staff needs, government regulation, and company specific policy and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing Team Leadership:
Leads the team of managers and staff to create a culture of cooperation, accountability, and growth. Works to treat employees fairly, training each of the employees to succeed, and then consistently looking for ways to help the employees grow. Supervising and Assisting with
Resident Care:
Interacts with residents regularly, responding to questions promptly and solving problems appropriately as they arise. Consistently works towards being a citation free community. Regularly reviews rules and regulation to ensure compliance.
Operations Management:
Maintains close relationship and reporting with the local corporate office regarding ongoing property issues and developments.
Financial Management:
Reports to the local corporate office regularly as to the financial performance of the building. Strives to meet and exceed budget occupancy goals for the community.
Building Lease Up:
Engages with the in-house marketing director and coordinates with the other department managers to move in new residents to the community. Performs other duties as assigned or needed. Qualifications Qualified Candidates will have the following characteristics: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business or related field preferred. Have meaningful on-site experience providing leadership in senior living preferred Be an excellent communicator. Fun to work with and have the ability to work flexible hours.
