What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations while keeping the facility aligned with long-term goals Build a culture where employees want to work and residents receive consistent, high-quality care Lead clinical, department, and support teams to ensure strong communication and execution Manage staffing: hiring, coaching, performance management, and difficult decisions when needed Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Partner with clinical leadership to ensure care plans are followed and outcomes are achieved Support ongoing training focused on safety, compliance, and performance Develop and manage a sustainable operating budget Serve as the face of the facility with residents, families, referral sources, and the community
