For more information about our company please visit our website: www.ambitions.org Ambitions of Washington is seeking to fill a Program Coordinator position in our Lakewood office. This is an entry level management position. The Program Coordinator is directly responsible for the implementation of instruction and support services in compliance with Washington State laws and regulations as well as compliance with Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and Ambitions of Washington policies and procedures.
Primary duties include:
coordinating and scheduling client services; staff training and scheduling; maintaining and updating client and employee records; and providing daily onsite supervision of client support services. The Program Coordinator reports to the Program Manager and may act in the absence of the Program Manager. Required Qualifications for the Program Coordinator position: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Developmental Disabilities Supported Living Program or very closely related field.
Other Employment Requirements:
Possess a valid Washington state driver's license, a vehicle to use on a daily basis for work purposes (mileage reimbursement provided), proof of auto insurance, acceptable driving record, and ability to pass a criminal background check. •Starting pay of $25.50 per hour for all applicants.•Please note this position receives paid federal holidays.
