Job Description

Nursing Home Administrator We're seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our long-term care facility. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a compassionate environment where residents and staff thrive. Your leadership will drive quality care, operational excellence, and financial sustainability. What You'll Do Lead overall facility management, ensuring high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction Oversee care plans across skilled nursing, memory care, dementia/Alzheimer's care, and assisted living Supervise and support nursing, social work, and administrative teams Ensure compliance with state/federal licensing and long-term care regulations Manage budgeting, billing, payroll, and resource allocation Oversee medication administration processes in line with healthcare guidelines Serve as a key point of contact for residents' families on care plans and concerns Coordinate with external agencies for community and disability support services What You'll Bring Active Nursing Home Administrator license (or eligibility) and proven experience in SNF/senior living administration Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and healthcare policy Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams Financial acumen in healthcare budgeting and resource planning Join us to lead a dedicated team delivering exceptional care that enriches residents' lives every day.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $142,500.00 per year
