Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Living Director to lead our senior living community. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience within long-term care or assisted living settings, with a strong background in long term care administration, and healthcare operations. This leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff alike. Duties Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care in all assisted living services. Oversee the development and implementation of personalized care plans that address residents' individual needs, including dementia and disability services. Manage staff recruitment, supervision, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and competent team. Ensure compliance with all health regulation policies, long-term care regulations, and safety standards. Foster relationships with residents' families to promote transparency and satisfaction with care services. Lead efforts in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accreditation standards within the community. Qualifications Proven management experience in nursing home administration or senior living facility leadership with a focus on long-term care or assisted living environments. Strong understanding of health regulation policies, long-term care regulations, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare settings. Background in nursing or healthcare management is helpful.
