JOB SUMMARY

: To provide clean and fully supplied rooms for guests.

Essential Functions:

Cleaning and stocking all guest rooms (including changing linens on beds Dusting and vacuuming, stocking supplies, emptying trash, washing walls, floor tiles,toliets,tubs, sinks and fixtures ) Cleaning common areas Reporting maintenance and repair items promptly Performing deep cleaning and routine maintenance Working in an efficient and productive mode Reporting to work in a timely manner Turning in all lost and found items immediately Implement all company policies and procedures for safety and security Assist with the quarterly and fall cleaning duties Exhibit courteous manner with guests Perform all other tasks as assigned by the head housekeeper or

General Manager Qualifications Standards:

Clean rooms within established goals per room Follow all state and federal guidelines including OSHA Hazardous Communication Training Be organized and efficient Possess good leadership and communications skills Have a clear understanding of the goals and expectations Be mature and responsible.
