Post-Acute / Long-Term Care (LTC Management) Job summary We are seeking an experienced Interim Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee the daily operations of our 130 bed Skilled Nursing Facility. The Administrator will provide operational leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff and departmental operations, and maintain high standards of resident care and facility performance. Key responsibilities Direct and oversee all facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local long-term care regulations. Lead and support department managers and interdisciplinary teams. Manage staffing, budgeting, census, and operational performance. Maintain survey readiness and coordinate regulatory inspections. Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and clinical leadership to ensure quality resident care. Utilize MatrixCare for documentation and operational management. Requirements Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license (required). Minimum 1 year of Nursing Home Administrator or long-term care leadership experience . Strong knowledge of LTC regulations, survey processes, staffing management, budgeting, and quality assurance. Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility operations preferred. BSN is not required . Assignment details

Days (8-hour shifts) This is an interim leadership opportunity for an experienced long-term care administrator who can provide operational stability, regulatory oversight, and strong team leadership throughout the assignment.
Pay:
Starting at $90.00/hr dependent on experience
