- Teach classroom and lab instruction for Nursing Assistant programs
- Demonstrate clinical skills, supervise hands-on practice, and evaluate student performance
- Maintain student records, provide coaching and remediation, and support testing/certification preparation
- Ensure a safe, compliant learning environment in accordance with state regulations and college policies Required Qualifications
- Current, active LVN or RN license in California
- Prior clinical experience in long-term care, acute care, or related settings
- Teaching or mentoring experience preferred (clinical instructor, preceptor, or education role)
- Strong communication, organization, and student-focused coaching skills
- Ability to pass background check and meet college hiring requirements Preferred
- Experience with Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) certification exams and state testing procedures
