Join our career college as a Nursing Assistant Instructor and make a direct impact on students launching healthcare careers. Key Responsibilities
  • Teach classroom and lab instruction for Nursing Assistant programs
  • Demonstrate clinical skills, supervise hands-on practice, and evaluate student performance
  • Maintain student records, provide coaching and remediation, and support testing/certification preparation
  • Ensure a safe, compliant learning environment in accordance with state regulations and college policies Required Qualifications
  • Current, active LVN or RN license in California
  • Prior clinical experience in long-term care, acute care, or related settings
  • Teaching or mentoring experience preferred (clinical instructor, preceptor, or education role)
  • Strong communication, organization, and student-focused coaching skills
  • Ability to pass background check and meet college hiring requirements Preferred
  • Experience with Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) certification exams and state testing procedures

Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
