Position Summary and Key Responsibilities McKendree University Division of Nursing is seeking an instructor for the School Nurse Endorsement Program beginning in the spring semester 2027. Classes are taught in an online format.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
A Master of Science in Nursing degree. At least two years of clinical practice, two years of experience in nursing education, a current Illinois Professional Educator License with Endorsement in School Nursing (PEL-SN), and an active, unencumbered Illinois RN license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior college teaching experience.
Experience teaching in an online format.
Work Conditions Regular pay rate:
$2,145.00 for each 3-hour course, per semester. Higher rates may apply for larger course enrollments, labs, or other duties. Online/remote teaching opportunities may exist dependent on the needs of the course. Applicants interested in online/remote opportunities must reside in the following states:
IL, CA, FL, TN, KY.
