Position Summary and Key Responsibilities McKendree University's Division of Social Sciences welcomes applications to teach Basic Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. This course is an introduction to the basic principles and procedures of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Research, theory, ethics, and professional practice are also addressed in this 300-level elective course in the psychology major. The course is offered online in an asynchronous, 8-week format.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or closely related field, Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with online teaching and supervision of ABA trainees is strongly preferred.

Work Conditions Regular pay rate:

$2,145.00 for each 3-hour course, per semester. Higher rates may apply for larger course enrollments, labs, or other duties. Online/remote teaching opportunities may exist dependent on the needs of the course. Applicants interested in online/remote opportunities must reside in the following states:

IL, CA, FL, TN, KY.
