POSITION SUMMARY
The College of Nursing Adjunct Assistant Professor Doctorate (Nursing) is a member of the academic faculty entrusted with the development, implementation, evaluation, and optimization of the College of Nursing's program(s) curricula. The faculty serves the College, its students, faculty, staff, the profession, and community and is expected to participate and contribute to nursing scholarship through research activities, presentations, or publications. Each faculty member is expected to abide by and promote the Mission, philosophy, and expected outcomes of the college and its programs within the philosophic framework and policies of OSF HealthCare and the College Board. Adjunct faculty appointments reflect a limited assignment for one or more specific courses and/or semesters. Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Doctorate degree in Nursing Leadership and/or
Nursing Operations Management Experience:
Teaching and/or Leadership experience.
Licensure/ Certification:
IL Reg Nurse License Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Use of a Learning Management Systems OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
