GENERAL PURPOSE
Assist undergraduate and graduate nursing students with practice and competency evaluation of nursing skills in a supportive, nurturing, clinical environment. Participates in Simulation Based Education (SBE) across nursing curriculums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide nursing students with the support necessary to practice nursing skills. Administer competency evaluation of psychomotor skills for undergraduate students with reinforcement and remediation of nursing skills as warranted.
Facilitate simulation experiences:
setup, scenario competency, breakdown of environment, and debriefing. Assist with the day-to-day activities of the CLC. Assist with maintenance of laboratory environment, inventory of supplies and equipment.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (Registered Nurse, B.S.N) 5 to 8 years of clinical/simulation experience Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLIC CONTACT
Daily contact requiring courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.

When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring hourly rate for this position is $40.00. This hourly pay rate represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
