Overview The Nurse Manager is responsible for coordinating the nursing staff competency/education, unit specific PI activities, and assigned daily operations of the unit. The Clinical Coordinator will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures, and standards of Conway Regional Health System. The Nurse Manager demonstrates a commitment to teamwork through effective collaborative efforts.
