08/29/2026 Job Description Find your calling at Mercy! The Charge RN leads and coordinates patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices in alignment with established standards. Serves as a clinical resource and supports high-quality patient outcomes.
Position Details:
SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE 10,000
Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs with at least 1 year of experience

Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
Licensure:
Current RN license in the hiring state or compact state required
Certifications:
BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire Additional certifications may be required based on unit, including: ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing and walking Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and squatting Why Mercy?
