Role:

The Charge Nurse oversees department operations, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to direct care staff. They collaborate with bedside nurses to develop patient care plans, set professional conduct expectations, and serve as a resource for the unit. Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN); current RN license in the state or a compact license; BLS certification within 30 days of hire; additional unit-specific certifications may be required.
