Job Description We are seeking a motivated Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team for the 7PM-7AM shift. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of life for our residents and support our dedicated care team. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care during your shift Supervise clinical activities, ensuring adherence to care plans and safety protocols Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs, and medication administration Oversee documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EHR system), PointClickCare, ensuring compliance Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, HIPAA policies, and infection control standards Requires an Active and Unrestricted LPN or RN License $2,000 Sign-On Bonus Join us to make a difference in the lives of our patients by providing compassionate support and quality care as a License Practical or Registered Nurse.
