Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) Hospital Supervisor coordinates nursing and hospital services for the assigned facility while maintaining an awareness of issues that impact patient care.   • facility patient transfers, and communication at the assigned facility, between other Community Health System (CHS) facilities, and outside entities. Additionally, this position directly supervises and provides leadership to resource and break nurses. Qualifications Education
  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Experience
  • Significant experience as a RN in an acute care setting required
  • Leadership experience at the supervisor or manager level preferred Licenses and Certifications
  • RN•Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required• BLS•Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required• ACLS•Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required Disclaimers • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
