Job Description

This is a full time, benefited position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Located primarily at the Torrey Pines Clinic in La Jolla but oversees all Scripps Cancer Clinic sites (Rancho Bernardo, Torrey Pines, Jefferson, Encinitas & Prebys). This is an exempt and salaried position eligible for the Management Incentive Compensation Plan (MICP) at the Manager level. Why join Scripps Health? What you'll do: This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered cancer care while maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing clinic operations, and supporting physicians and staff. Manage RN Specialty Nurse Navigators who support our patients throughout the continuum of care Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing schedules Develop staff training and professional development plans Be responsible for the daily operations of the patient care units or departments in an efficient and cost-effective manner, Ensure appropriate equipment and resources are available to staff to do their job Develop and implement workflows that improve patient access, standard work and satisfaction Monitor clinic productivity, patient volumes and operational performance metrics Contribute to strategic planning of business units Coordinate the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices #LI-JS1
