The ideal candidate would be an experienced ambulatory OBGYN nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment, excels at managing diverse operational challenges, and has a proven track record of improving patient experience while supporting and developing high-performing teams.

Job Expectations:

Responsible for oversight of a high-volume outpatient OB/GYN practice consisting of 4 clinic suites and 8 providers. Leads a team of approximately 35 staff, including RNs, PSR Leads, an MA Lead, and an LVN Lead. Expected onsite schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinic volume averages approximately 100 patients per day.

Education:

BSN required MSN preferred

Certifications/Licensure:

Valid CA RN License. Minimum 3-5 years of progressive clinical management/leadership experience (specifically in MCH or OB). BLS and other relevant certifications (e.g., ACLS) are required.

Tentative Compensation Plan:

13 week contract with opportunity to extend W-2

Pay:

$3,500
