Job Description Job Description Vivo Health Staff is looking for a Clinical Operations Lead (LVN) in Bay Area for a Full-time and Permanent position. What we're looking for: Clinical experience: 3+ years of clinical experienceManagement experience: 2+ years of management experienceClinical skills: vitals, phlebotomy, wound care, injections, POC testing, EKG, catheter care, etc.
Back office skills: Back office experience: prior authorizations, obtaining medical records, gathering medical history and context via phone calls, patient scheduling, managing referrals, etc.
Service excellence: Demonstrated ability to provide delightful and efficient customer serviceCommitment to support and encourage our most vulnerable seniors to their full potential
High School Diploma or EquivalencyDeep understanding of clinical and back office experience in a primary care settingValid State Driver's License with a clean DMV record. Copy of recent Vehicle Insurance required.
Back office skills: Back office experience: prior authorizations, obtaining medical records, gathering medical history and context via phone calls, patient scheduling, managing referrals, etc.
