Job specific details: Overseeing daily clinic workflows, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance and safe staffing. Monitor clinical outcomes, improving the patient experience, and establishing evidence-based protocols for outpatient care. Mentoring nurses, licensed practical nurses and medical assistants. Collaborate with physicians, hospital administration, and system executives to smoothly transition patients across care settings. Assures the establishment and maintenance of an organizational structure on each nursing unit for which responsible. Collaborates with other departments, agencies and public provisions of information relating to area of responsibility. Participates in meetings with staff of unit for which responsible and conducts and/or participates in other meetings. BSN required. CA RN License required. Minimum of two years of clinical management experience in an ambulatory health care environment required. Must be able to start 3-4 weeks after acceptance.
