Annual bonus up to 15% of base salary Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager II - Operating Room to lead clinical operations, patient care delivery, staff performance, and administrative functions within a 24/7 acute care hospital Main OR . Key Responsibilities Lead and develop nursing staff and leadership teams. Oversee OR patient care delivery, staffing, workflows, and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, Nursing Practice Act, and state/federal regulations. Manage departmental budgets and operational performance. Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and process improvement initiatives. Drive staff development, training, performance management, and succession planning. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Support strategic planning, emergency preparedness, and operational projects. Use data and performance metrics to improve clinical and operational outcomes. Required Qualifications BSN - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Active California RN License BLS Certification Minimum 5 years of Main OR experience in an acute care hospital required experience Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations/clinical experience Minimum 4 years of leadership experience Hospital/healthcare system experience required Preferred Qualifications MSN preferred CNOR preferred Operating Room/procedural specialty experience Experience with change management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration
