Full Job Description Benefits:

401(k) Competitive salary Health insurance Charge RN•Main OR Santa Rosa, California Full Time Full-Time | Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts The Charge RN•Main Operating Room provides clinical leadership while delivering exceptional perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced acute care environment. This role coordinates daily operations, supports nursing staff, collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and ensures safe, efficient, and patient-centered care throughout the surgical process.

Education:

Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program Licensure & Certifications California Registered Nurse (RN) License BLS•American Heart Association NIH Stroke Scale Certification (within 90 days of hire) Experience Minimum 1 year RN experience with demonstrated leadership abilities RN Leadership experience Minimum 2 years of recent Peri-Anesthesia RN experience Acute Care Hospital experience Operating Room / Perioperative nursing experience
