Job Description:
Coordinates facility maintenance and site supply ordering, inventory, and approval. Functions as the primary liaison between the assigned clinic site(s) and other departments/managers within the organization to ensure integrated operation of the facilities. Other duties as assigned. Oversees day-to-day activities of multiple practice sites within an assigned geographic area. Develops and maintains physician relations to ensure engagement and leads staff engagements. Prepares and executes site budgets, including capital and operational budgets in support of strategic plans. Develops, monitors, and responds to a full range of financial, service, and quality indicators in all areas of responsibility. Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies. Maintains a system of management reporting that provides timely and relevant information in all areas of responsibility. Works with staff and physicians to resolve issues, decrease expenses, increase productivity, and promote efficiency. Manages various financial aspects of daily clinic operations, including coding, cash control, deposits, charge entry, financial reporting, petty cash, and Central Business Office communications. Develops and maintains a safety culture and participates in all safety, security, infection control, and risk management programs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Associate's of Nursing [Required]
    • Bachelor's [Preferred]
    • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
    • High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
    Field of Study:
    • in Nursing
    • in Nursing
    • BSN or Bachelor in healthcare, business or related field of study
    Work Experience:
    • 3+ clinical background, preferably in a related specialty area [Required]
    • 3+ experience in healthcare related field with at least two years in management experience [Required]

      • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
      • Basic Life Support
      • CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
      • Ambulatory Care Nurse-Board Certified (AMB-BC) [Preferred]
