Apple Rehab Cromwell is a 76-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in the heart of Central Connecticut. RN Supervisor Opportunities Available We are currently hiring RN Supervisors for multiple schedules. Choose the opportunity that best fits your lifestyle:
Weekend Warrior RN Supervisor Schedule:
7:00 PM-7:00
AM Hours:
24 hours per week (every weekend)
Weekend Rotation:
Every 8th weekend off
On-Call:
None Pay:
$60.00/hour ($52.00 base + $8.00 Weekend Warrior differential)
Additional Opportunity:
Optional weekday shifts available
Full-Time Night RN Supervisor Schedule:
11:00 PM-7:00
AM, Monday-Friday Hours:
40 hours per week
Starting Pay:
$56.00/hour ($54.00 base + $2.00 shift differential) RN Charge Nurse/Supervisor - 3:00 PM-11:00
PM Schedule:
Monday-Friday Compensation:
$56.00-$58.00/hour
Per Diem RN Supervisor Schedule:
Flexible Pay:
$50.00/hour
Requirement:
Two weekend shifts per month Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing operations during assigned shifts. Ensure quality resident care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Support and mentor nursing staff while providing clinical leadership. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans. Respond to resident care needs and clinical emergencies. Assume responsibility for facility operations during assigned shifts when leadership is unavailable. Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and communicate significant resident changes to physicians and families as needed. Qualifications Current Connecticut RN license in good standing. Previous nursing supervisory experience preferred. Long-term care experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
