What You'll Do:
- Supervise CNAs and LPNs, ensuring adherence to policies and high-quality care.
- Oversee overnight resident care, clinical assessments, and acute pain management.
- Provide clinical leadership in a geriatric setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilization management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Valid RN License and BSN degree.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership, management, or charge nurse roles.
- Strong communication and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
