We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join a Long-Term Care facility in the Waterford/Mystic Shoreline area. Position Highlights $62
•72 per hour All shifts available Long-Term Care/SNF setting Leadership & supervisory role Flexible scheduling Immediate start available Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned shift Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up Assist with care plans, assessments, and documentation Ensure medications and treatments are provided safely Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs and provide clinical guidance Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards Respond to changes in resident condition and assist with emergencies Requirements Active Connecticut RN License
•1 year experience required! Previous RN Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or leadership experience preferred Long-Term Care/SNF experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Reliable and team-oriented Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
