JOB DESCRIPTION
The Program Manager for Strategic Programs provides comprehensive operational, administrative, and project management support to the Director of Strategic Programs. This role manages planning, coordination, and evaluation of high‑priority strategic initiatives across the College of Nursing. The Program Manager leads logistical and operational tasks—meeting coordination, minutes, tracking systems, technology oversight, reporting, and event execution—while also supporting strategic planning, partnerships, and project implementation. This position plays a central role in ensuring that strategic priorities move forward efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with College of Nursing goals. Responsibilities may overlap or shift between Immersive Experiential Learning and Strategic Programs based on programmatic needs, including shared partner engagements, joint pilots, accreditation documentation, and coverage for cyclical demand (e.g., semester start-up, major launches). Program Planning, Development & Management Provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and logistical support to the Director of Strategic Programs in developing and executing strategic initiatives. Coordinate operations for strategic programs, including scheduling, logistics, documentation, and communication flow. Prepare high‑quality reports, executive briefs, committee materials, and presentations for leadership and governance groups. Manage cross‑functional workgroups and task forces by drafting charters, organizing schedules, setting agendas, capturing minutes, and maintaining decision/action logs. Establish timelines, monitor deliverables, maintain organized records, and proactively identify risks or barriers. Track follow-up items and ensure timely resolution of issues and outstanding tasks. Assist in developing proposals, concept documents, and planning materials for new or emerging initiatives. Communication, Partnerships & Engagement Assist the Director in identifying, cultivating, and sustaining strategic partnerships across campus, healthcare systems, community organizations, and external agencies. Track partner communications, commitments, and deliverables to ensure aligned timelines and successful collaboration. Maintain organized systems for shared documents, partner directories, project repositories, and evaluation tools. Support planning and execution of strategic program events—including launches, workshops, retreats, and site visits. Maintain updated program information in college systems, including platforms such as Gators for Good, shared drives, project hubs, and communications channels. Reporting, Assessment & Impact Tracking Collect, clean, and prepare qualitative and quantitative data for analysis. Develop summaries, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor milestones, risks, and progress across multiple strategic initiatives. Analyze and synthesize environmental scan materials, program documents, and trend data to inform decision-making. Manage program dashboards in platforms such as Smartsheet and ClearPoint Strategy, ensuring accurate KPI and progress tracking.
