Overview Brighthaven Homecare is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor . This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and maintaining regulatory compliance within our home health agency. This unique role blends clinical expertise with administrative leadership, offering a dynamic and fulfilling career path. This per-diem position requires travel within
Palm Beach County Responsibilities :
Conduct Start of Care (SOC) visits, obtain required consents, and explain brighthaven policies and services Perform comprehensive client, family, and home safety assessments Conduct supervisory visits for home health aides and ensure compliance with the client-centered Plan of Care Provide clinical oversight and identify changes in condition requiring RN or physician intervention Oversee medication management, including medication review and coordination with clients, families, and physicians Contact physicians as needed to report concerns or obtain clarification of care needs Educate and support aides, clients, and families on care expectations and safety Communicate effectively with office staff and leadership regarding client care and service needs Utilize electronic documentation systems and demonstrate proficiency with computers and software applications Ensure compliance with AHCA requirements, HIPAA, and infection control standards
Qualifications:
MEDICARE EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in a Medicaid Home Health or similar healthcare setting (required) Current RN license (in good standing) Knowledge of Medicaid policies, documentation Familiarity with EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) systems preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and home health software (e.g., HHAeXchange, Wellsky, etc.) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management Excellent communication and customer service skills Join our team where your expertise will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and the development of our nursing staff.

From $38.00 per hour
