We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and providing leadership to our nursing staff. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and the professional development of our team.Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned shift. Ensure compliance with nursing care standards, policies, and procedures. Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and nursing performance. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Serve as a resource for nursing staff and address any clinical or patient care concerns.Requirements:
