Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Calm, direct, emotionally intelligent, and dependable. Comfortable working in a growing organization and helping establish processes from the ground up. Current BLS certification. ACLS certification required or obtained shortly after hire. Willingness to complete additional clinical and equipment-specific training as required for assigned responsibilities. Compensation & Growth Compensation includes $50-$55 per hour , plus participation in a monthly team performance bonus based on objective performance and membership-related KPIs.
