Job Description

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse to lead day-to-day operations of an outpatient dialysis clinic. This RN leader oversees clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, evidence-based dialysis care. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring clinical staff, coordinating care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, managing infection control and safety programs, and monitoring outcomes and quality metrics. The Manager also supports budgeting, scheduling, patient and family education, and continuous improvement in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of an outpatient dialysis clinic Supervise, coach, and schedule clinical staff including RNs and technicians Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based dialysis treatments Oversee regulatory and Joint Commission compliance and documentation Manage infection control, safety, and risk mitigation programs Coordinate care plans with nephrologists and interdisciplinary team members Monitor and improve clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and patient experience Support budgeting, resource allocation, and supply management Provide patient and family education on dialysis and chronic kidney disease Drive continuous improvement, staff training, and adherence to policies Required Skills Dialysis treatment management Clinical leadership and staff supervision Care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration Regulatory compliance (CMS, Joint Commission) Infection control and patient safety Quality improvement and data monitoring Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency IV therapy and vascular access management Policy implementation and documentation Patient and family education
