A Nurse Manager manages nurses working in a clinical unit at a hospital or health care facility. Provides clinical experience as a registered nurse and supervises nurses that provide direct patient care. Creates and manages staff schedules and ensures that hospital policies and procedures are followed. Manages budget and recordkeeping for the unit.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our district. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams, driving sales, and implementing process improvements. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing 6-7 jails medical departments, scheduling, shift coverage, site visits. Travel required. Mileage reimbursement included. Pay will be discussed during pre-screening Responsibilities . Implement process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity within the district. Foster a culture of accountability and high performance through effective leadership and team development. Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement. Requirements Traveling to approximately 3 different facilities (This may be subject to change as we expand our facilities) Open availability Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels. What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on care for patients in custody (triage, chronic care, urgent needs) Administer medications, complete assessments, and document thoroughly Collaborate with custody staff to ensure timely response to patient requests Maintain a high standard of clinical care, ethics, and professionalism Ensure safety and compliance with facility and CCC policies
