We are looking for an energetic and motivated nurse leader to supervise weekend operations and ensure excellent resident care. Qualifications Current RN or LPN license (Florida) Active CPR certification Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EHR/EMR) Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused Responsibilities Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and Patient Care Assistants Ensure staff follow resident care plans and facility policies Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and report changes in condition Communicate with physicians and coordinate resident care Complete admissions, transfers, and discharge documentation Maintain accurate EHR documentation and medication records Ensure adequate medication and supply inventory Complete incident reports and participate in quality improvement initiatives Provide leadership and support to nursing staff during weekend shifts Join our team and be part of a growing organization committed to high-quality resident care.
