We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Resident Care Supervisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working in a supportive and growth-oriented community.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff and caregivers Develop, implement, and update care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare providers Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures Document and maintain accurate medical records and reports Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff to promote professional development Assist with medication administration and management as needed Foster a compassionate, respectful, and safe environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:
