About the Role As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to our patients and residents on weekends. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive exceptional care, while also maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in effectively managing our team and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during your shift. Responsibilities Provide exceptional nursing care to our patients and residents on weekends, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Lead and supervise our nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance, support, and feedback to promote a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. Identify and address any concerns or issues that may arise during your shift, taking prompt action to resolve them. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration, and treatment plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities to enhance the overall quality of care.
