Summary:
The Administrator on Duty is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments. Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement. Is a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances.Minimum Qualifications:

Associates- Nursing Or
- Diploma
- Nursing Preferred
- Bachelors
- Nursing RN (Registered Nurse) Or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Cardiovascular) Preferred
- PALS (Pediatric) 3 years' experience in Critical Care or Women's Services Nursing Leadership experience
