In addition, the Staff Development Coordinator plans and coordinates the training and development activities to ensure the staff is competent to deliver care and services for the residents in the Facility. Our ideal candidate has solid experience as a clinical educator and enjoys working in a long-term care setting. Winter Haven Health and Rehab Center has been serving the area for over 40 years. Our facilities are located close to local hospitals. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, short- and long-term care through Registered Nurses. This is complemented by Therapy services, Social Services, Activities, Nutritional Services. With over 100 years of combined experience, our staff of professionals is here to meet the needs of each and every patient and resident.
