RN Weekend Manager Summary:

16 hour shifts responsibility for supervision and the delivery of care and services to residents on their assigned unit on the weekends.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Meet stated physical and sensory requirements below and must be able to work in the described environment. Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the patient centered customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment. Training and developing, coaching and counseling, and terminating department staff, as deemed necessary. . Ensures completion of assessments of residents at admission, discharge, as necessary and required. Supervise nursing staff on assigned unit(s). Provide clinical oversight and guidance regarding the implementation of the plan of care for residents in compliance with physician's orders. Ensure nursing policies and procedures are implemented and followed, educating nursing support staff as necessary and according to facility guidelines.

Job Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current state license. One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred. Must have a current/active CPR certification. Must be proficient in the use of Point Click Care Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives. Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure. Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with employees and vendors. Must be available for 16hrs shifts Why Join Our Team?
