Work Schedule:
3 x 12 hour shifts, rotating weekends, 7pm-7am Sign onBonus:
$15,000 Conducts comprehensive patient assessments to gather health data. Analyzes assessment data to formulate accurate nursing diagnoses. Identifies expected patient outcomes based on assessment and diagnosis. Develops individualized care plans to achieve identified outcomes. Implements nursing interventions to address patient needs and achieve care plan goals. Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions and patient progress towards outcomes. Revises care plans based on ongoing assessment and evaluation. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members in the care process. Documents all aspects of the nursing process accurately and timely. Utilizes critical thinking and clinical judgment in all phases of the nursing process. Ensures compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in nursing practice. Engages in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient care. Other duties as assigned.Education:
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
- Emergency Department nursing experience [Required]
- Previous charge nurse experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Required]
- Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC) [Preferred]
